We have our walk-way in place for winter. The chair & tree fit nicely in our living room. Santa, we're ready for Christmas!

Moved in and loving it!

We are all moved in now.

Everything fit better than expected and the rooms seem bigger than we thought they would be. We love our new home!

Our new house!

Today we purchased our first home!
We are very excited to start moving in tomorrow!

Clean up day!

Today the house was cleaned up and made to look spotless. The kitchen & bathrooms look great. We now have a door bell & our house numbers are up. This morning our house passed the home inspection with flying colors. Just a few more touch ups & things to do outside then we'll be ready to move in. Two and a half days until closing!

Paint!

Our house has been painted with the "Retreat" color and it looks great!

They still have to paint the trim, put up the gutters, stain the deck, and put down the topsoil for our yard. Lots of little things to do before Thursday!

Concrete and Carpet!

Here's the carpet in the master bedroom, office, on the stairs, and in the living room.

Ubatuba!

It's radiant! It's glorious! It's stupendous! ... it's Ubatuba!

Today our green Ubatuba counter tops went in along with our shiny new black appliances.

Wow! It really looks sharp!
The sinks and faucets look great & also the trim is finishing off each room nicely.

Cabinets, floors, & lights - oh my!

Quite a bit was done this week. The sidewalks and patio are ready to pour. Can't wait to see our counter tops & our carpet. It's getting really close to being finished!

Paint!

Today they painted all the walls & they look great!

They also finished the roof & started adding some fill dirt around the backyard.

More progress!

Things are coming together!

The water heater is hooked up (with a remote meter thingy to be read from the street - cool!) The inside has it's primer coat of paint on and the heater is working. And the roof is nearly finished! The front walk & side walks look like they might get done this next week too!
